Warranties and Repairs
Before logging any warranty claim, please ensure you read the trouble shooting guide which is included in your product manual. All products manuals can be searched through Google or requested here. This may resolve the problem without the need for a technician to attend your premises.
Polar and Thor units purchased after 1st February 2017 come with a 2 year warranty as standard. Units purchased before this date are supplied with a 1 year warranty.* *2 year warranty covers on-site parts & labour. Polar ice machines come with a 1 year warranty only.
Please note that any repair found to be the result of not maintaining the unit in accordance with the product manual, may incur charges for technician labour and parts.
Some warranties are handled directly by our suppliers and their technicians. For these products, we will contact you to advise of the process.
